Our team of eye care professionals is experienced and friendly. We’re here to help all patients understand their benefits, schedule appointments, and fulfill their eye doctor’s orders. Our optician(s) can give you guidance in picking out your perfect pair of eyewear, and our friendly office staff is knowledgeable about billing and benefits coverage.
Jenny Scott, C.P.O.A., Practice Administrator
Jenny decided to join Dr. Scott in his endeavors in 2002. She has a background in medical laboratory science, having previously worked as a medical technologist and laboratory director. She has worked in all areas of the practices over time. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Adams State University and received her C.P.O. (Certified Paraoptometric) in 2006 and her C.P.O.A. (Certified Paraoptometric Assistant) in 2008.
Rondell Curbey, C.P.O.
Rondell joined the C.P.E. team in 2015, bringing with her twelve years of previous optometric and medical experience. Her daughter will soon graduate from Buena Vista High School and she will welcome her second granddaughter later this year. She received her Certified Paraoptometric (C.P.O.) from the American Optometric Association (A.O.A.) in 2016.
Susan Bursley, C.P.O.
Susan joined the C.P.E. team in 2015, having previously worked for Spring Canyon and Noah’s Ark in Chaffee County. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University and received her Certified Paraoptometric (C.P.O.) from the American Optometric Association (A.O.A.) in 2016.
Jill joined the C.P.E. team in 2016. She and her husband, Pharmacist Lucas Smith, are actively involved with Chaffee County WyldLife and YoungLife. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western State Colorado University and also works as a freelance photographer in Buena Vista. She is currently working towards her Certified Paraoptometric (C.P.O.)
